Here are some of the most common questions about the usage of our SMTP servers and services

Q. Did you manage email campaigns for me?
Campaign and list management is not included in our offer. However if you need these services, than you may contact us. The additional charges will apply for these services.

Q. Can we use SMTP servers with other email softwares?
Yes, you can use any other email software like SendBlaster, Acelle Mail etc. We will provide user ID and Password and other credential to use in these softwares.

Q. What is phishing and spoofing ? Did you allow?
Phishing is a fraudulent practice of sending emails purporting to be from reputable companies and Spoofing is a forgery of an email header and we are very strict on these terms and if we found than we will terminate your server immediately without any refund.

Q. What is IP warming ? Did you provide this services?
IP warming is the practice of gradually increasing the volume of mail sent with a dedicated IP address according to a schedule. This gradual process helps to establish a reputation with ISPs & ESPs as a legitimate email sender. We will not provide warm-up services but provide you how-to-do guide.

Q. Did I will receive any training to use the system?
Not exactly, but we will provide you video tutorials to use the Interspire Email Marketer and also you can ask any question to us if you have any difficulties! We will be more happy to answer you.

Q. What happens if our server suspend from hosting company?
Please note that, we are not a hosting company. We also rented the servers from different hosts which have their own rules but we have special privileges from them. If they suspend server after due to spamming or other reasons than no refund is claimable and you have to buy another SMTP server.

Q. Do you guarantee of inbox delivery?
We don’t give any guarantee of inbox delivery to recipient mailbox cause its depends on your IP reputation and many other reasons involve. But we guarantee 100% authentication configure in our servers like SPF, DKIM, DMARC and rDNS. We will provide you the 10/10 score on mail-tester tools.

Q. What is your refund policy?
We will provide servers with 100% configuration and if fail to deliver than we will refund you 100% but after the start of bulk mailing if you got errors related to recipient servers or regarding blacklisting or blocking than we will not refund any charges.

Q. Do you sale email lists?
NO, we do not sale any type of email lists and this policy will provide guarantee to you as well that your list data will also 100% secure with us.

Q. What if I delay next month fee?
As we already stated that we acquire servers from different hosting companies and if you delay the monthly payment upto 3 days than all the data will wipe off from servers. In that case you have to pay “Setup Charges” again on renewal. Also no guarantee of your data restoration.

Q. Do you provide demo?
No, we do not offer demo because we are providing dedicated servers with dedicated IPs which will acquire after your confirm order.
